After the initial selection from Resume and Telephone, we intervene directly by calling in the candidates from the first selection for an in- depth interview.
We check the technical aspects first, in contrast to most general recruitment consultants. We then study, in function of the many pre defined criteria which composes our HR Evaluation Checklist; the balance between your Company culture, shared vision and values and that of the candidate. It’s clear why this analysis phase is so essential.
All the information gathered during the motivational interview, in particular the references, are then thoroughly and consistently checked by the consultant.
